Focal helps users plan routines, goals, focus sessions, breathing sessions, Aqua progress and shared routines. The app is not medical, financial or emergency advice.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple and managed by the App Store. Trial, renewal, cancellation and refund behavior follows Apple's rules and the active App Store product configuration.

Shared routines

Friend links and shared routines require sign-in and acceptance. A shared routine may show progress to accepted participants according to app settings and permissions.
